Where Is Your Shop?

We are an Online store based in Somerset West (Western Cape) and we don't have a physical address yet.
We Post or  Courier to anywhere in South Africa.
All orders can be placed by WhatsApp: 0663 525 867 or at www.goodiehoodsouthafrica.co.za 
You will receive your order via Courier company or Post Office depending what your choose.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made via the following payment methods:

EFT - proof  of payment needs to be sent to: hello@goodiehoodsouthafrica.co.za so that your parcel can be dispatched and a tracking number can be supplied to you.

ATM - proof  of payment needs to be sent to 0663 525 867 so that your parcel can be dispatched and a tracking number can be supplied to you.

Our products are standard size

Please see our product at www.goodiehoodsouthafrica.co.za for pictures, size charts and instruction on which size to order.

Different clothing items work on different sizing structures.  The size charts displayed on each item has been specifically designed to ensure you get the correct size when ordering. Measure your bust size and compare with the size chart for the item are you interested.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are brought to our attention within 72 hours (3 days) after you have signed for the receipt of your parcel to qualify for a refund.
Items may be exchanged for alternative items either to the same value of the returned item or more, which will incur payment of the difference from the client.
Garment(s) are returned to Goodiehood South Africa free of odor or damage due to clients fault – perfume, smoke, cigarette burns, make-up and food stains.
Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie items are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON RETURNABLE.
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear items are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON RETURNABLE.
Exchanges pertaining to sizing issues can only be conducted once per order.  Clients are heavily advised to NEVER order bigger or smaller than their TRUE size as doing otherwise will result in incorrect sizing sent.
Returns and Exchanges are brought to our attention within 72 hours (3 days) after you have signed for the receipt of your parcel to qualify for a refund. Returns need to reach us within 7 days after you have brought to our attention for a refund or exchange. If an item reaches us after 7 days no returns will be accepted thereafter.
We do not take returns on sale items unless defective.
Should you want to exchange a coupon will be issued so that you can reorder on WhatsApp 0663 525 867 with one of our operators.

The return of the item to us is for your cost and the product cost will be refunded as soon as the parcel is received back should you opt for a refund.

We ask that our clients allow for colour difference due to lighting and understand that the photos used are directly from our suppliers and not taken ourselves.
All sizing is available on the images of the product when it comes to clothing and if it is not available there you are welcome to request it from us.

 Costs of Returns and Exchanges

If Goodiehood South Africa is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Goodiehood South Africa

If the client orders the incorrect size/ color , ie. Ordering bigger or smaller than their South African size, return costs must be covered by the client.

What if I would like to cancel my order that I have already paid for before it is delivered to me?

A R150 handling fee will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your order after you have made payment and before it reaches you. Most of our items are produced upon order and therefore the handling fee applies to cover the cost that we need to pay to the factory who has already started making your item/s for you upon placement of your order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

Placing an item in a shopping basket or adding it to a wish list without completing the purchase cycle does not:
• Constitute an agreement of sale between Goodiehood South Africa Online Store and users cannot hold Goodiehood South Africa Online Store liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed later; and/or
• Constitute an order for such an item; and Goodiehood South Africa Online Store may remove such an item from the shopping basket or wish list if no stock is available.
An agreement of sale between Goodiehood South Africa Online Store and a user only comes into effect if and when:
• A credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or
• A deposit of an electronic fund transfer (EFT) is reflected on Goodiehood South Africa Online Store bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 2 (two) business days after completion of the purchase cycle); or
Goodiehood South Africa Store reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons.

Goodiehood South Africa Online Store shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Goodiehood South Africa Online Store will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices, and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.

PRIVACY POLICY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Stocks of all goods on offer are limited unless the product is marked as “sold out”. If a product is marked as such you are still welcome to placed an order for it but there is an additional waiting time that applies.

BACKORDERS

Due to the popularity of some products or services, we may not always have the specific product/s ordered by you, in stock. We do however take back orders even if a product is sold out. We then dispatch such product within 2 weeks once received from our suppliers.

RETURNS

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DELIVERY

This applies to in stock items only. “Sold out” or “Back order” products will be dispatched as soon as they arrive in the same manner as the below.
All orders received shall be dispatched within 48 work hours provided that it falls on a working day, and that payment reflects in the bank account of Goodiehood South Africa Online Store.

Delivery is done through our logistics partner, and we strive to ensure that all parcels shall be delivered within 3 – 5 working days after being dispatched but this can vary as we do rely out other parties to fulfill their end of the agreement. This is subject to stock availability.

PRICING

All pricing on Goodiehood South Africa Online Store website is subject to the Rand rate and is subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT METHODS

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), instructions will be given on how to deposit monies into Goodiehood South Africa Online Store bank account and would be subject to the following rules:
• The exact amount must be paid
• The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer.
• Unpaid EFT deposit orders are cancelled after two business days.
• Clearance can take up to 3 consecutive business days.
